UNSW Built Environment: PhD Student wins 2010 Creative Vibe Competition

Congratulations to BE Industrial Design PhD student Ezgi Yilmaz, who recently won the 2010 Creative Vibe Competition with her design “Konnect”, a break–out area seating unit. Creative Vibe was launched in 2006, and aims to support local design and innovation focusing on aspects of commercial furniture design. 2010 was the first year to include a student division, thus we are very proud to have a UNSW BE student claim the prize for the winning design.

Ezgi received $1000 in prize money for her design “Konnect”, and it will be included in the Gregory Commercial Furniture (GCF) Creative Vibe portfolio.
